Positive: Incredibly convenient to vaporetto for exploring Venice. Quiet. Well stocked kitchen with spices, olive oil, cooking essentials provided. Fast wifi. Wonderful, comfortable bed. Bright and sunny. Welcoming host who communicated well and offered us some sightseeing opportunities.
Negative: If you need a 2nd bed, just let the host know in advance.

Positive: Fantastic location and so easily accessible. The apartment had everything you need, the bed is very comfortable. We loved the island and the views from it - and there are no masses of tourists here. Costantino is very nice and always very helpful. I definitely recommend Costantino's place!

Positive: We had heating so we could dry our wet clothes after the rain. Close to the boat so in an excellent position. Good local restaurants and not crowded.
Negative: The shower needs upgrading.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at Constantino’s apartment very much. It’s located on the island of Giudecca which is where more locals live and there is substantially less tourist which we loved. It is also very easy to get to the main island of Venice with a water taxi that takes 10 minutes and are very frequent. Constantino was also kind in communication and made a point of insisting that we reach out with any questions.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was that our stay wasn’t long enough!!
Summary: Real Venice Apartment is in a peaceful location and in gorgeous Venician neighborhood which made our stay!

Positive: The apartment was large and comfortable. We liked the neighborhood because it was not on the actual Venice island which was insanely busy, noisy and very touristy as opposed to a more realistic Italian neighborhood. The Acqua bus was super convenient and was about a 5 minute ride across to Venice. We bought a three day pass which saved a ton of $$ because you could ride it unlimited. The apartment was less than. 5 minute walk from the boat
Negative: The apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. It was brutal going up with our luggage. If you have any mobility challenges, I wouldn’t advise.

Positive: The location of this lovely flat is perfect, with easy access to not only San Marco but also the Lido and other islands on the lagoon, as well as the airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all a few minutes walk away, and the flat has everything you could need. AC is good and there's a fan in the kitchen, and all the rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. Good bed too! And Constantino was the perfect host, giving us travel advice before we arrived and coming to meet us at the vaporetto stop (two minutes away from the flat), also recommending restaurants etc.
Negative: Honestly, there was nothing to fault!

Positive: I really loved this apartment. The owner is very kind and helpful, the island is very calm and filled with local people which is very different from around St Marc’s square. The island is really beautiful. It’s a very nice place for those who love cooking.
Negative: Everything is perfect but if I could have boiling machine to make some tea (which seems quite rare in Italy but very common in Japan) it would be much better.
